There was once a young Lawyer, (name witheld) because he could be anyone; he was very smart yet he had a question that he desperately needed an answer for.
His (profile) He was young, he was an outstanding member in society, he was rich, he probably was very handsome, he had a wonderful Carrier as a ruler in the synagogue. One of the Gospel says he was a lawyer. One thing he didn't know is how to inherit eternal life. Isn't this one of the big questions of the day?
Where will we spend eternity? How can have eternal life. Like the rich young ruler we should go to the source- Which is the WORD of God. JESUS is no longer here on the Earth for us to ask Questions like these; but he left us his written word, guided by the Holy Spirit.
"Some" of us have a tendency to hoard stuff; we always want more and more to lavish on ourselves; not thinking of the less fortunate. We try to keep all the commandments, but why don't we try to share a little more Love {for Christ sake}.
Keeping the commandments is great, but love is like the cherry on the top of a sundae. LOVE is the key; remember we cannot say we love GOD who we cannot see if we do not love all those around us. I love you dear readers. May God richly Bless you.
