Most of us do things we'd rather not do. Here's how to stop that once and for all.

If you feel like a slave to your desires sometimes, you're not alone. Whether you overeat, over drink, over smoke, or over anything else, you're in good company. All  of us have bad habits that we are SURE we'll stop, but  not until after this one last time.

Here's a procedure from NLP that will obliterate that once and for all. However, be warned. This isn't something that will make it less desirable, allowing you to still enjoy it from time to time. This will make it seem absolutely disgusting, so you NEVER want to do it again.

The first thing you'll need to do is create an image of your desire. Make sure it's bright, up close, and filled with all the smells, tastes, and feelings that make it so compelling.

Got it?

Next, you'll need the opposite. Conjure up an image that is the most disgusting thing you could ever imagine. Something that would make you gag like crazy and barf all over your shirt if you saw it in real life.

Make this image as big and lifelike as you can. Smells, tastes, feelings, sounds, everything. If it really DOES make you puke, all the better.

Now, all you've got to do is "swish" these pictures back and forth. First call up the one you want to do, and then quickly replace it with the one that makes you barf on your shirt. Really make your self gag. Taste the bile rise up in your throat.

Then pull up the good picture, then quickly replace it with the gagging picture. Replace sensual desire with vomit. Yuck!

Keep doing this for about ten minutes PER DAY until the desire is completely gone. You want to get to the point where even thinking about doing this will make you throw up in your mouth just a little bit.

Like I said, before you do this, make sure you REALLY want to get rid of the urge, because once it's gone, it's gone.

This is just one of the amazing tricks from NLP that will help you to blast away all kinds of behaviors that are holding you back. To learn more, please visit http://mindpersuasion.com today.
