I’m sure many of you are aware I have a sitcom available.
However, the title of it is a mystery.
I’ve been sitting on it for years with the manifest fear that, “Someone will steal it.”
It occurred to me that I might publish it should some conflict occur down the road and I am asked to prove ownership.
With that in mind, let it be known the title of my sitcom, available for production, yet accepted only by rejection, is “SIT CALM.”
What a divine manifestation, a sitcom named Sit Calm.
I’m sure you see my threat of being burgled. The essence is appealing.
Sit Calm deals with a dysfunctional family who occasionally tell each other to, “Go over there and Sit Calm,” which is not always easy to do as they confront bizarre matters such as eluding police after an endangered bug splatters on their windshield.
From this day forward let it be known that Sit Calm belongs to me.
And I belong to George.

By George, I believe you've got it! A situation comedy (sitcom) is usually a dysfunctional bunch (can be a family) who get together occasionally on a single set in front of a live audience. And then they spend a lot of time cracking wisecracks at each other. Basically, one-liners. The audience is prompted by monitors who hold up big signs telling the audience when to, "LAUGH!", And they dutifully do. If they don't, they send the people that don't laugh out and get new ones in who will. Sitcoms can't stand people who can't laugh at their inane jokes.
As soon as you get your sitcom underway, people will eagerly turn on the telly, and inebriated or not, listen to every wisecrack and laugh along with the audience while they bicker among their own dysfunctional group. And that's just the way it is…
