Employees in Minnesota government and business are rising to their levels of highest incompetence. This is the St Peter MN Peter Principle.

The Peter Principle has been the governing Principle in a Minnesota politics since 1968. Employees in Minnesota government are screaming, primal screaming, for raises do to thei military and political losses based on their incompetence. Legislators in the Minnesota legislature scream I can’t do science! Then they scream give me more money!

Lowertown has been vacated by 3M, Cray and CD and many other fine companies.
