Can I Be Prince?

I was just informed of The Duke and Duchess of Sussex's decision to vacate their royal throneages and become “Ordinary.” Not a distinction readily sought, while the other way around actually.

Tell The Queen I will be happy to take Harry’s Place amongst the Royal Plumage, as long as his Sovereign Duties go with him.
I have already begun holding my tongue when I talk, and raising my nose when I walk, and seem to have almost mastered a pretentious accent with pompous presumptions.

“I Say…Is The Regiment advancing? I told them to wait until they were asleep!…Ah, The Enemy not The Regiment.”
“Very good, Sire, your accent is ascending.”

I’ve already telephoned The Queen and her impersonators told me they, “Already have a Prince George.”

“No No No,” I said, “I’m not going as George, but as Penwose…I’ll be Duke Ambrose!”

I am never sure if it is my end or theirs, but my telephone seems to have difficulty holding a connection.
