Scientific Management and the Minneapolis Police Force!

Police Chief Tim Dolan: When Tim Dolan was police Chief of Minneapolis minority police officers were caught drunk at a murder scene. Tim Dolan suspended these police officers.
They hired an attorney to defend themselves. They were re-instated after a cry about racism, discrimination and quotas etc.
Name the police officers in the Tim Dolan case drunken police and the lawyer who defended them. Terminate them from the Minneapolis police force.
Preferential treatment is illegal. The problem in the police force is the police do not have malpractice insurance as the lawyers and doctors do.
Government people are government people.
The problem in the police force is one cannot fire lazy cops.
List the most productive to least productive police in Minneapolis and fitz and replace the bottom 10% of the Minneapolis police. This is scientific management.
