Atty Joseph Biden does not endorse busing children in school bus with prison bards on the windows out to the suburbs. Property taxes pay for the schools. Plymouth Minnesota just voted down a property tax increase!

St Paul has 7 hills with 12 low income property taxes. These low income property units do not pay property taxes. They have a devasting impact on neighborhoods. Often supermarkets and convenience stores are not located by these high rises which can be in crime intense neighborhoods.
