Game of Thrones Blunder

I have a new function on my Tele that allows better streaming, so I am watching Game of Thrones for a second time. It is exciting to once again see early characters before they die, or lose body parts. It is an invigorating view, with power implications similar to watching a mystery and knowing who the killer is.

Like many who/whom viewed the first 10 or so seasons up to and including the disappointing finale, I was disappointed with the finale.
It was as though they ran out of time, and instead of making it good said, “We’ll just kill everybody.”

I’m hoping it has changed since then but fear it will be the same when my reviewing takes me that far. At least I know that if someone is hurrying me to an event, I will be safe in saying, “Just give me a minute.”
It is forever tragic that such a magnificent saga should end so unprofessionally.

Without even looking I have found an early blunder of less importance but yet important.

I have just finished the third splendid season. Others may not agree with my opinions of the blunder, but I really do not care what they think. I am only interested in the opinions of those who agree with my opinions.

The season consisted of ten episodes. In the ninth, Robert Stark and his Mother were butchered. A PERFECT ENDING FOR THE SEASON!

That was a monumental event as ghastly as Ned Stark losing his head.

It came at the end of that episode, but should have come at the end of the next, which was the last.

Viewers would have the entire off-season to deal with the anguish and unexpected surprise, which surprised all of us unexpectedly.
It was the perfect ending of the season.

But alas…It was not.

One episode remained, where what’s his name? told his short son it was he who orchestrated the catastrophe. A bit of information of utmost importance yet better left to the beginning of the next season.

There were other minor unsubstantial events that could have been injected anywhere in the script, including Calyces obtainence of an additional army, which served as a week and lesser yearly climax.

These are merely my opinions, which I merrily divulge.
You may disagree but I don’t care.

I've never subscribed to HBO. Probably a good thing, because I already watch too many streaming shows to keep up with or even to binge on popular favorites like GOT.

So I missed the blunder and definitely won't criticize your notification of it. I'm all in favor of finding blunders in epic shows. But I quit looking at GOT when I saw that someone had dragons at their disposal. The ultimate weapon, I doubt if any other kingdom or clan could compete with someone with dragons that could just wipe on anything with a blast of their hot breath, not to mention all those claws that could easily slice or dice combatants or pick them up to drop them off at various high places to see how they splat upon impact.
