Those of you who/whom read what I write will know what I’m talking about, and those of you who/whom don’t won’t, and why should I explain it when you won’t read it anyway?
As I’ve mentioned, more than a little bit and less than a lot, I’ve been watching Game of Thrones and The Walking Dead during daily matinees. They are both wonderful works of art projecting American filmmaking brilliance, even though one was done in Australia or Iceland or wherever?
As I watched the dead stumbling around I remember thinking, “I can do that!”
At this time I should like to throw my hat into the ring.
We are all aware that filmmakers are finding new ideas hard to find and subsequently go to redos of done deals, in part 2s or 3s or complete imitations.
Both of these have Dead Folks walking around. I can be one of those! I’ve been rehearsing.
I’ve been doing the Dead Walk Shuffle around my estate almost effortlessly and quite involuntarily actually.
The truth is, I’ve gotten quite good at it and neighbors mildly scream as they walk by.
I should like to ask those of you in the film industry to mention my name to those considering new or abused episodes of the above mentioned epics. Tell them I look exactly like any of the Dead Walkers and walk better than most without provocation.
I would be happy to join The Dead in either film or both, providing they are done before I am really dead.
Have their people call my people.
Unless of course you are one of those who/whom do not read my stuff.
The idea of dragons working for people is an immediate turnoff for GOT. And I should be turned off by the stupid idea of dead people still having enough energy to walk around looking for flesh to eat. But somehow that premise, from a comic book, has worked for me and the characters are wonderful to follow till they are gone, regrettably.
I understand that the Walking Dead are back for another season, but my television provider Xfinity, no longer caries it unless I cough up additional bucks for a "subscription."
Yes I will have to wait until HBO once again provides me with three episodes of Westward where I can get my view of beautiful men and women pretending to be robots in the altogether.
