Tell him this.

Does anybody know Mel Brooks?

Ask him if he’d like to do another movie…Young Frankenstein 2.
Just because a person is brought back from the dead, doesn’t mean he’s bad.

The original was made in 1974, so he may not be ready for the sequel, which is all right, because what I have has nothing to do with that.

Ask him if he’d like to do Blazing Saddles 2. Which is better because what I have is more like that.

I just rewrote the script I rewrit, with wit recently.

HOW THE WEST WAS LOST, is a humorous western saga, epically written to show The West from an Indian’s point of view, up to and including Custar’s Last Stand, which was an accident.
It includes all major events which could have happened, or not?

BEST NEWS!
Tell Mel he can be in it. There is a special character which he would be perfect for, with no audition.
Red Flag! Can he ride a horse? If not, No Problem! We can edit the horse out!
We are nothing if not flexible.

Treatments are available If he’d care to treat it.
Have his people call my people, (Which is Me.)
This is a good time to do so as long distance calls are free, however if necessary, I will accept the charges.

He may be familiar with my work? I’ve read everything I’ve ever written.

If you don’t know him, don’t ask him.

Penwose Out,

What a wonderful idea! I don't know Mel Brooks from Adam, whatever. But I would sure like to see that movie. I did get to Custard's Last Stand once, but there was no soft ice cream available out in that barren grassy hillside in the middle of nowhere. I was really disappointed, like Custer was when the arrows were reining in on him and he saw his delusions of glory like becoming president fade from view as his blood left his body.

I looked for blood and bones at that lonesome place, to. But there were nothing like that around anywhere. just the lonely prairie wind and the sound of meadowlarks and whippoorwills in the distance. In the meantime, Crazy Horse's monument grows much larger than Mount Rushmore. Proving that when you rush for more, you get less, Great White Father.
