I feel sorry for Peter Falk.

For one thing, the guy is dead.

For another, his big claim to fame was Columbo.

Now MeTV is televising it on Sunday Nights, opposite Sunday Night Football…

ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Who’s going to watch it?….(hint,) Nobody!

When “she” sings, “I’ve been waiting all day for Sunday Night,”
she’s not talking about Columbo.

All he can hope for is two bad teams playing, like Monday Night Football, which is never good. I’d rather read a book.

So, here’s Columbo on Sunday Night followed by Monk.
Now Monk has a chance because the game is just about over, so you can switch to Monk after the game, without knowing what it’s about, which is OK, because you never really know anyway. There’s another episode later which is far better than Columbo.
