Well, here is my story.
My tale of woe.
A song designed to cause your tears to flow.
 
It's about a lover,
one you thought would be true .
One who has gone and found somebody new.
 
And you know it happens.
It could happen to you.
And when it does baby, what will you do?
 
'Cause what do you live for
and what do you do
when someone you love loves someone other than you?
 
 
You feel so worthless,
like a worn out shoe.
You never knew that you could feel so blue.
 
You feel so helpless
that you wanna die.
And every night you lay awake and cry.
 
And love is the culprit,
that gift from above.
'Cause no one can hurt you like the one you love.
 
And what do you live for
and what do you do
when someone you love loves someone other than you?
 
 
Yes, this is my story.
It's sad but true .
My baby's gone and found somebody new.
 
I feel so damaged.
I cry all night long.
I never knew the hurt could be so strong.
 
Now my life is empty
and so filled with pain.
Don't know if I could ever love again.
 
And what do you live for
and what do you do
when someone you love loves someone other than you?
 
 
Someone other than you.
