             “Messenger of God"

                 Well, Inner Spirit, I know you exist, and I need to talk with you, okay? 
                 Are you there?  Are you there, Inner Spirit?

                 I am here.

                 Oh, great!  Look, you know my name, but what do I call you?

                 Call me simply, I Am.

                 Where do you come from, I Am?

                  I come from God.
          
                  Well, why is it you’re here within me?

                  I am the imprint of your life.  I am here to help you in the School of Life.

                 The “School of Life”?  What’s that?

                 Life is a training ground for your future work in the House of God.

                 How does that work, I Am?   I mean, how do you help me?

                 As now.  You ask and you listen.

                 Well, what is it I’m supposed to learn in life, I Am?

                 You will learn that you are a Creation of God.  Even if you don't believe 
                 in God, you will learn that God believes in you.

                 You will learn that everything in your life has a purpose.
          
                 You will learn that Love is the one great lesson of life; that in Love, there 
                  is Compassion, Kindness, Understanding and Patience.

         
                  How is it then, I Am, that some humankind creations of God become 
                  mean-spirited, cruel and wicked?

                  The life God gave you is a life filled with issues and choices, among which 
                  are the Temptations of Evil.  In the School of Life, you will learn how you 
                  can choose to be Selfish, Mean, Cruel, Wanton and Wicked.  You will learn 
                  of the deadly sins of Pride, Envy and Wrath. 

                  These are the choices of a Fallen Spirit.  You will learn that a Fallen Spirit will 
                  never know the glory of the House of God.

                  You will also learn you can choose the holy virtues of Faith, Hope and Charity.  

                  In your life, you will learn this:  What you focus upon becomes reality.  God 
                  has given you the power to choose.

                  Well, I Am, this School of Life is very complicated and difficult.  Before you 
                  leave,  I have one request—  Will you share with me a simple rule on how to  
                  live a successful life?

                  Verily, I share with you this one great secret of a Risen Spirit— 

                   
                                  When you live with God in your Heart,

                                  your future is to live in the Heart of God.
             

                  Thank you, I Am.  I feel much better having had this little talk with you.
