This book reveals the main mental mousetraps in life with some practical solutions. It is based on the original conspiracy between chaos and order.
This book exposes the original conspiracy between two mischevious cats and two smart mice, in which they spread chaos and plant order restoring solutions to make life interesting. Unfortunately, the chaos spreaders and the order restorers get mixed up and forget who is doing what.
There are several mental moustraps we can easily get caught up in to keep from being successful, such as being unlikable, not using our thinking abilities, not being sensitive to the point of no return, miscommunicating, etc. The key to success is combining successful thinking (creativity, logic and common sense), determination (self-understanding, the power of choice, instrinsic motivation), and social skills (likability, empathy, good communication).
We can be as successful as we dare to dream and then be willing to translate those dreams into concrete goals. The trick is to dream big, work smart, be clever and never quit. Success is often just around the next corner that you are most inclined to give up getting to.
There are two ways to get where you are going quicker: Run faster and shorten the distance to where you are going, simultaneously.
Often, having your cheese and eat it too is just a matter of doing both things at the same time, but neither at the expense of another.
We often reverse the order in which we approach things..we fail before we succeed and we try to change everything before we learn to fit in first.
Life is one big behavior modification program. You appreciate and enjoy life; learn, grow and become your best; help others do that too; and you get rewarded with genuine happiness, success and contenment. What more could you want and how much easier can it get?

This is a self help book in which the writer has tried to show us how we can get past the confusions and chaos of our daily life and be successful in our ventures. It motivates us to dream and be keen to fulfill them. It helps us to look into the simplicities of life for finding the solutions to our life.
The writer has taken example of two very naughty cats and two very smart mice. The cats are always focused on creating problems, confusions and chaos in the life of the mice. But the mice are very smart they always find solutions to the problems that are created for them till the time comes that everything gets so messed up that nobody, neither the cats nor the mice, can find out whatís happening around them. The writer has tried to show us how we focus on wrong things in our life and create confusion and chaos for ourselves. This is why we think we canít have our cheese and eat it too. According to him we are always trying to change things to our liking before even knowing what we really want, so, first we should change ourselves according to the prevailing conditions and analyze where we are and where we want to be. By applying simplicity to our life we can easily bridge this gap.
It is a perfect self help book in which the writer has illustrated very well how simplicity can solve many big problems of our life which, sometimes, are created by ourselves

|How sweet it is! Even a small amount of understanding and compassion can truly change a hard cored individual into a warm hearted soul. Love is the key to happiness, happiness is the road to success, success leads to rewards, rewards are smiles, and smiles are crown jewels. We all need to pass along crown jewels! Loved the excerpt.
