Allen Epling, is a former public school teacher of science and physics, and school supervisor and administrator. Mr. Epling has written 150+ newspaper articles and published 3 research papers on physics and the structure of the universe. Designed, built, and operated 2 radio stations for 14 years. Was certified as a Broadcast Engineer by the FCC. Was Software Engineer for State of Ky and distributed custom computer programs to every school in the state. His passion is keeping up with the latest developments in particle physics and Cosmology.
His formal education consists of an MA degree in Mathematics, Secondary Education, and holds a Rank I degree in Educational Supervision plus 32 hours in post graduate work. He also has studied graduate Astronomy and Cosmology at San Diego State University as well as History, Mechanical Engineering, and Chemistry as an undergraduate student. Studied and passed all exams for certification as a Broadcast Engineer. He is well read in the areas of Quantum Mechanics and Particle Physics. Also is a licensed Private Pilot.
His interest in history and the Bible go back to his undergraduate days when his formal science education began to conflict with his religious beliefs. His hobbies are Astronomy, reading science journals, guitar and music, and Amateur Radio. He holds the "ham" radio call sign WB4WAU and is also a private pilot.
In his words:
"I started about 10 years ago thinking seriously about writing a book on the subject of reconciling the controversy between creationism and evolution. I felt that I knew the science, history, and the book of Genesis well enough, and had some original ideas that I wanted to make public. I felt it would be a book worth publishing.
I could never commit however, to putting the pen to the paper until one night, while on a vacation, My wife told me in no uncertain terms, to begin the book. I got out of bed at 3:00 AM and sat down at my laptop, and began to construct an outline. Over the next 5 years that outline became the book "Beyond Genesis: The Untold Story of Man's Origins". I have since revised and updated it to the latest release, Beyond Genesis: Man's True Origin Revealed.
It seems that there is still enough uncertainty in both science and religion to allow for the possibility (probability?) that God exists and did indeed create the (multiple?)universe(s)".
It was when I was in college some 45 years ago that the I began to nurture the idea that if science were only advanced enough, it would prove the Bible to be true, and if it is true, those who have already accepted the messages and ideas contained in it on faith are not quite as foolish as the pseudo-intellectual elite seem to think they are.
I believe that day has just about arrived."
