My brother and I are both disabled. This is how I feel some people look at us...sometimes. This happens to me quite often, but I am responding to a message I have received during a meditation.... Keep me in your prayers--now on top of my Fibro acting up, have a pinched nerve in my neck and left arm... A personal sharing. I wrote this poem in 2007 before we found out my husband has Alzheimers too....( Now I don''t know what will happen to us) We ... Don't look so sad when you look at me..
Don't back away hoping I won't see.
I'm just like you except I can't walk..
I breathe, I cry, I hurt, I talk.
