Semone is a wife and mother of four children and has been happily married for 14 years. She resides in Riverside County, California and attends Crossroads Christian Church in Corona where she is active in women's ministry.

Semone wrote SHINE! out of her own personal experiences as a young woman seeking fulfillment in a world that only left her broken and unsatisfied. It is her heart's desire to encourage women to lead victorious Christian lives. For several years she was a foster mom to teen girls, and now continues to inspire girls through SHINE!
SHINE! is a labor of love that was inspired by Semone's love for Christ and her heart for teen girls.
