Information
When I was four or five, I used to fill yellow lined paper with squiggles that I was sure would magically transform into magnificent prose. My handwriting never improved, but blogging allows me to write with the same abandon. While we were living in Moscow I got the idea for Jaguar Sees: The Lacquer Box. I used my knowledge of Moscow, travel and my husband's work in nuclear non-proliferation to weave my tale of suspense with a paranormal twist and a touch of humor.

Accomplishments
I won first prize for an article in a literary contest by the Nevada Mothers Association of American Mothers, Inc., but am equally as proud of the article and letters to the editor printed in the Washington Post. I've published poems, technical manuals and educational papers.
