I would rather write than do just about anything else and I can only hope I am getting better at it. The gods help me if I am getting worse, and in that case, just put me in the corner with paper and pen and let me dream.

Information
I started reading SF and fantasy when I was 10 or 11 and discovered Heinlein and Lester del Rey and C.S. Lewis. The alternate realities of the Narnia books appealed to me tremendously, and so my writing includes parallel worlds and portals.
