I don’t really know who influenced me or how and when I have been influenced! But since I remember me I LOVE to read! All kinds of books: romance, tragic, poetry, science fiction, scientific discovers, and special I have been always curious about how we (the people of this world) react, think, work, hate and love so much! What make us fight for something?! What make us believe or not believe in the most incredible things?! So I search and try to understand the world where I live and the people with whom I share this world … there are of course special writers that I treasure more then others… there are poems I will carry inside me trough out all my life! I write since I had to put down my thoughts, as I discover, in my childhood, that it would be easy to see the ridicules of what I felt, if I pick a pen and put on paper the pain and see it written… it was as if part of it would go out of me and to the paper! For me it is always a pleasure to play with words, ideas and feelings… it is a way of meditating, I suppose!

I have written more then 40 children books, participated in many projects with many international and national organizations working with and for children (UNICF, FAO, Red Cross…). On different subjects (street children, children victimized by war, disability, resolution of conflicts, AIDS…)
