Steve Knight is a state and national Powerlifting champion, and in 1982 at the US National Powerlifting Championships, while lifing in the 181 lb. weight class, set an Oregon state record in the squat of 722 lbs, that sill stands today. Mr. Knight's experience with executing big lifts on the big stage, along with working with thousands of athletes over a forty-year career, is what drives the WinningSTATE mission: "To bring mental toughness and composure to every athlete in the world."
