A sad world with sad facts to tell
How do feel
when you have had a good meal
if like me
satisfied and pleased
but then you think
not all are so eased
from being left hungry
In fact it hurts
when you see the record
a child dies
every six seconds
from malnurition.
Just while reading this poem
six are no more.
It bears not to think
where are we heading
only the rich
will be eating,
at least not if God
declares enough is enough
the end of all wickedness.
