In the ‘night’ of our lives, out of the blue …He comes, just when we need Him Most!
Pressing on, but not Alone. Amen

Poem Artwork

From whence…You came…

              sweeping over me

                    … like this?

How did You choose me

         to touch with Your

                  Heavenly Bliss?

Oh, God ! My Redeemer and Lord !

          I needed this …so!

             and You…only You

                        did know…

From whence…You came…!

Psalm 17:3

We all need Jesus. But do we all turn to Him for hope and love? During a time such as this we have time to share with our Lord from up above. Thank you Joyce! Amen

I do enjoy the NIV version of Psalm 17:3... "Though you probe my heart, though you examine me at night and test me, you will find that I have planned no evil; my mouth has not transgressed." What a man David was. Thanks for sharing. Hope you're well. rlc

I could say the same for death. Hopefully it would come at night while sleeping, with a dark blanket of peacefulness spread over each and every one of us. Without pain and misery before.

A beautiful poem to match a beautiful psalm. Inspirational as always and thank you for that. There isn't a day goes by that we all don't need a little inspiration to help us through.
