it is a calming effect

I had not known of Dolores Osteen's polio or recovery from cancer in 1997. It was interesting seeing John declare that there was nothing that could be done for his wife and then the turnaround in front of everyone at Lakewood Church declaring her "healed."

All of the polio survivors of that era that I know are suffering from postpolio syndrome, similar to my deterioration of spinal cord from that original damage done during the high fever. Dolores may have had a limp throughout her life but she didn't show the classic deterioration I'm describing. Probably the reason for the difficult diagnosis.

Cancer is being cured quite well in the Texas Medical Center in Houston. Especially for those who are rich. I would give credit to the fine surgeons at St. Luke's Hospital that I have experienced prior to her bout with cancer, not to an all-powerful god or prayer that benefits church folks.
