Very patriotic. Every American loves the idea of sitting on his front porch with a rifle, protecting his home from marauders. Romantic, but flawed in reality.

Your continued use of the words "rebel" and "spirit" in so many of your poetry gives the reader an insight into your complete makeup, and that is a good thing.

Susan, Loyal American Thank you for GREAT words about the USA and what it offers. With all of its faults, where else on earth are we given the freedom to prosper, and strike against those who make us properous? Where we have freedom of speech for which we're so entitled, we no longer believe that's specail. And where we rave and rant against a government that's impossible to improve upon.
