This "Dick-Idiom" concerns Idle thoughts I've had about the old saying, "The early bird gets the worm."

IDLE THOUGHTS
EARLY BIRDS
 
To me,
it seems like
it’s a lot better
to be the early bird,
then
the early worm.
 
Of course,
I’m from Florida.
 
Early Birds 
&
getting worms
have totally different meanings
down here

The early bird might get the worm in Florida but in SoCal it's the late bird. He gets it out of the bottom of a tequila bottle. mmmmmmmmm. Patrick

Yes, being a Florida Early Bird is practically a requirement ..... after retirement, of course.
