We should not waste time, each day let the best attitude sublime.
I can still walk, very well talk. My mind is clear, I keep positive thoughts near. I can do kung-fu exercises, peaceful mind compromises. Humor is my best feature, life being the greatest teacher.
I still can run, but this activity is almost done. Arthritis is taking over, I don't drink I'm sober. It'll be a long time before I'm finished. Each day my body gets replenished.
The difference between old age and youth, is about as simple as a good and rotten tooth. You know and feel the break down coming, knowing sooner or later, you'll be succumbing.
