In this world of live and let, it's truly hard to forget...but we have to go on living through our mistakes and regret.
There are no type blinders, that can blank out my reminders. I have much regret, quite a few things I wish I could forget. It all comes with growing pains, involves losses and gains.
Handling all the good events, it's very easy not to have resentments. But can we positively survive, after all lifes bull and jive? The man I am today, comes from the boy that went away. But the boys not gone, he lives down inside on a throne.
Too me he's everything, then again at times he's nothing, summing it all up, we both realize he's something. In my appeal, everyday it's man and boy that I have to deal. We thrive on the positive and wrong, every lesson learned makes us strong.
I've heard,
"what don't kill us makes us stronger."
With me this seems to hold water, each and every day lifes a barter.
Well done my friend, you are right...what doesn't kill us makes us stronger, it also makes us wiser! We learn from the past! Great write dear friend!

People out of the Titanic were told "sink or swim", in reality no too much of a choice when one is born in hell.
But it can make you stronger, yes sirrr, trying to get out of that hole they insisted in calling your home.
