What we don't think about
might not hurt
Thoughts have a tendency
to flirt
If a known thought inflict
It might be better to restrict

I try to think about
the positive parts of AD
not the negative parts I see
I hardly get any reviews
but this is old news
Many of us poets hardly
get any reviews posted
So forget about being toasted
My main focus is freedom
of expression
so goes the lesson

My focus on life is all
the good parts
and the loving hearts
This is the way my
day starts
I don't waste much time
focusing on the bad
these type thoughts can
make us sad
Got no time for sad
or being mean and mad
