Life presents constant pressures
and very little pleasures
Quite a few carry the weight of
the world on their shoulders
then some create their own boulders
So their load is doubled
at times tripple troubled
Adam added to his burden by
defying Gods rules
his sin opened up the door for
the devils drools
Afterwards Adam had to dig the
earth for survival with his own tools
Modern man desired better education
through higher learning schools
No matter what we do the devil
still drools
Adding unnecessary burden is
the sign of fools
but it seems at times we're all
in the foolish category
We take ourselves all the way
back to mans first story
and many of us will mess up
then never say we're sorry
