On the morning news in my area they reported on a pyramid scheme.
As you lay dreaming
there are those scheming
The devil schemed against
first man
involved Eve in the plan
If someone hates you bad
they're scheming to make
you miserable and sad
If you got money to burn
that was an easy or hard earn
someones scheming to take
so make no mistake
If you got a nice booty
someones scheming to
put it on duty Even your own body is scheming
while you're in bed dreaming
Your fears may play out
in nightmares or dreams
No telling what might come in
with the moon beams
It surely seems
this life is full of schemes
The west schemes against the east
the east schemes against the west
Even the animals scheme to feast
This is just the nature of the beast
Sometimes others scheme that
we expect the least
This time I will not include
the local priest
Scams and such, for some, are a way of life, unfortunately...they will get "theirs" in the end so I try to stay away from that stuff...most of them are get rich quick schemes and there is no way to do that short of hitting the lottery...Ed
