Some want wealth
many want good health
Others simply want piece of mind
which is so hard to find
However so many walk around blind
treating others mean and not kind
Others do the same if it's a
good person they find
For many the after life has it's appeal
so they will not devil deal
neither will they steal
They say their prayers before each meal
hoping that if it's God's will
they'll enter heaven some day
after being faithful the holy way
In Jesus' name they pray
hoping this will pay
but for many their minds stray
because of evil decay
Many believe but their feelings
just aren't sure
and for this there really is no cure
other than a heart that is pure
but no mans heart is without parts
doubts even before the day starts
The only guarantee is to have faith
pure and strong
and know down inside where you
really want to belong
Faith. It is a requisite to please God. Well said. Even the Apostle cried out Lord I believe, help thou my unbelief. The more you digest of his word and are open to the Holy Spirit, the more faith you will have. Not perfect faith, until we see him as he is, not through a glass darkly, still he IS.
