I miss ... windy days with autumn leave.. The crackle of color under my feet. I miss ... Summer skies filled with fluffy shapes.. Resting on cool moist grass.. letting my mind escape. I miss.. soft white sheets to snuggle within.. The feel of my mothers kiss against my skin. I miss.. Playing hide and seek.. Then kick the can. I miss walking home with my sister hand in hand. I miss.. The smell of home as I walked through the door. I miss the sound of laughter that I hear no more. These memories are hard for me at times.... For they are only made up memories of a child's wishful mind.
