yuletide candles flicker upon
stained glass dove of peace
colours ever vivid dance 'n glow
Crescendo of the pipe organ
bellows opening, notes ever pure
clarity of the duet's playing
"Oh Holy Night"
Horse trotting, drawn sleigh glides
sleigh bells gingle through the air
couple warmed their hearts
with memories woven, luminaries flicker
Candlelight glow of Christmas Eve
lighting each wick to the other as the
choir's Cantata resonates
the story of the Christ Child
Guitar strings leading the moment
"Silent Night" the candelight glow
dim, gentlemen in colonial atire
lanterns lead the way, candlight glow

Beautiful glowing scenes light our lives at Christmastime. I especially love the 4th verse, as it makes me see and feel again the beauty of the moment when we stood side by side in a circle along the side walls of the church, doing this very thing. We were the singers, joining our voices in "Silent Night." I just love the memory, and I loved your gentle poem, too.
