Though arriving in the world of plenty I still look back and feel the misery of our people back home in Somalia
Hunger
When will you leave us in peace?
People feel you in their stomach
But we sense you inside everywhere
In the heart you spin like a wheel
In the soul you steer like a dry air
In our minds you float like a dust
We shall one day get rid of you
But no sooner than war is ended
No sooner than peace is attained
And no sooner we worked hard
So many kinds of hunger in this world...but the hunger that a child feels is the worst kind!
May these words flow like a river into the mouths needing to breath peace, in order for every land to feed on it!
Excellent Abdi!

In the land of plenty, there are many who hunger. And in (so-called) Third World Countries, many die for lack of food: tragic. It shouldn't be. I pray for you, your family, for Somalia, for all those who are in need.
Married ten years, and more in love than ever, Robert and Marcie have everything to live for. But a terrible secret is breaking Robert's heart: he knows that Marcie is about to die...
A homonymless man writes shows what it's like to look up the laid he skirts when you’re lying prone(d) to the sidewalk, beer / joint / needle dangling from your hand /lips / arm.
May these words flow like a river into the mouths needing to breath peace, in order for every land to feed on it!
