Don’t curse your past,
Whatever they be
Let it be as it is
Don’t wake it up
Let it dwell in peace
No matter how murky
Your past may be
And if you do curse
Then you will loose
Your present
And would never
Catch your future
For if you curse
Your past
Your present
Will be cloudy
And your future
Will be soaked
So sometimes
Remember the past
Most often
Learn from the past
But never ever
Keep past in the mind
If you want to achieve
Something great in life
The more you remember
Your past, the weaker
It would make your heart
So please burn your past
And march ahead with life
Then only my friend
You will get the sunlight
In your waterlogged life
So please,
Don’t curse your past,

This is such a moving poem!
You really know how to release others from grief, oppression, needless guilt (what guilt is NOT needless, eh?) etc.

I agree with the philosophy, even understand it's wisdom intellectually...but, it's still easier said than done. (I'm working on it!)
