Outta town Thursday-Wednesday.

Gonna Go Down to Houston Leaving for Houston four in the morning When the sky is dark and the stars bright Gonna eat some barbeeque and gumbo And see daughters number one and three. Gonna take fifteen hours from here to there Drivin my big red Ford truck with the cb on Gwen works online as we drive plugged in Teachin her students to graphically design. Church of the Sermon of some mount gonna Hear me stand up and preach like a hellian Woman with a hairdo sittin in the front row Will remember a few times in nineteen-ninety-six. The potluck line will be long and food like crazy Talkin up a storm about some guy 2000 years ago Or maybe his mother dressed in white and blue But I doubt it. Because they are Menno-nites. Daughter one lives with a Ceaser and 2 dogs Nice guy. And number 3 has one named Momo I give them all my love and hugs and kisses The dogs give wet ones back. Gonna drive home fast. On Tuesday or maybe Wednesday in the truck Big. Red. Effing Ford F250 4x4 Diesel 6.0 Gun rack and little Texas flag on the dash Plugged in all the way home fifteen effing hours. 2010 © Dayvid Graybill

Houston has some lovely blonde lesbians where girls will do girls! Happy belated Houston, hope you got to nurse a Lonestar! Now you're back! Where'll you be in fifteen hours from now is up to the Menno crede...fishin' and a long neck, some Chet Atkins guitar and the wife that keeps you in these valuable lines...be well.

This one is funny; with the southern drawl going, I had the laughing face all the way through. It also sounds like you have made this trip too many times, and that you may need to consider having them come home to you for a few rounds. Hehe. Enjoy, and thanks for sharing this monumental journey.

I got very lost around Houston in March last year, Dayvid... but the airport perimeter grounds were very pleasant! :)) This poem really takes me back - have never seen so many Stars And Stripes from so many flagpoles at the gates of so many "outback" homesteads in my life! Or so many Big Red flat-bed Fords - effing or otherwise! Sure hope you have/had a rootin, tooting time with your girlies and their little'uns and that you get home quick as a rocket-launcher - d'ya read me? Kate xx

Just don't stop in Amarillo, that town is nothing but bad luck for me. And oh yeah, as far as the preachin' goes...My granpa use to tell young preachers; look son don't be nervous, just go out there and offer them heaven, if they don't wannt that, give 'em hell.
