Poem Artwork

Heaven

 

Run wild

Black on red

Holiness holes

Colorado River flow

Blue skies shining through

Beautiful buttes and arches

Red rocks jut high

Cliffs vertically jagged

Colorful lines run straight

 

Rafts on water

Bikes on trails

Jeeps in water holes

Beer in bars

 

Moab feels heavenly.

'Heaven' is not a place nor a destination. It is a stare of Being. I can feel the heaven that your are in this place of your poem. Thank you for sharing that with us.

Never been to Moab (probably flown over it, a time or two) but Google says it's a paradise for outdoor activities, or as you call it, "HEAVEN"

You should open a travel agency.

Heavenly poem!
Arches Nat Park? Oooohh,I love that place! The beauty of a distant thunderstorm rolling across the desert as seen through the arches has a wondrous end!

Arches make us feel heaven's natural hard creation sheltered within Gaia's womb and when we drink beer we go with the flow. Cultures is a category of diversity, Dayvid. Cheers!
