I LOVE YOU BEST OF ALL
 
I'd gladly share with you my cup
For it was meant to share
And if you spilled the drink inside
I would not really care
 
I'd gladly share my plate with you
Whats mine is mine to give
And tho the fare, may not be prime
I'll share long as I live
 
I'd glady lend a hand to you
If help became your need
I'd do whatever I could do
To help you to succeed
 
I'd gladly lend an ear to you
To listen or advise
To comfort you as best I could
To soothe  you if you cried
 
I'd gladly let you have your space
But be there if you called
You know I love you both so dear
My children.........best of all

The bear on the left, is my son going his own way, and the one by my side is my daughter, still growing up.....sigh

What a sweet wonderful way to say how much love and pride you have in your children, they will love and cherish this one for their whole lifes.

... Makes me cry... so pure and untrammelled... yet strong... just like the pic. Bet you'd make mincemeat of any of your kids predators, too, huh??!! You betcha! Mum's the word and one to be proud of here. Beautiful poetry as ever, Anita... using your pen where it is needed most. And you sure made this old gal's wrinkles increase with laughter this afternoon with your Mid-life Crisis mail as well! As women we certainly cover a mighty ballpark, don't we?
