We ride to work at sunrise
And ride back to rest at sunset;
We know nothing and learn nothing—
What has our big boss’s virtue to do with us?
We ride to work at sunrise
And ride back to rest at sunset;
We’ll never be united because in each of us
The spirit of competition and blood of enterprise hide.
We ride to work at sunrise
And ride back to rest at sunset;
Only the last shall be first and the first last—
For the called are many but the chosen, a boss, is one.
Sometimes the bosses are the wrong ones chosen.
