‘Negotiate’ a Deal and actually get my Car.
Then, the ensuing Ordeal to get them to Replace
The Defunct Battery, which was Never Checked!
Part II - Told How I got ‘Bamboozled’
And Did Not Get what I Thought I Got!
It also Warned that Banks and Credit Unions
Do Not Use KELLY BLUEBOOK VALUES -
They use NADA!
Now, Part III - Is the ‘Clincher.’
I Received a Letter from LIBERTY FORD
Stating that I HAD to bring my car, 2007 Ford Fusion SE
In for ‘Recommended’ 35,000 Mile Maintenance.
When I called to find out just What it Was -
Tire Rotation - Battery Check - Air Filter - and a few other Minor Things -
No Points - No Plugs - No ‘Tune-Up’ -
No Dings - No Pings - No Rings!
So What Would it Cost -
For this Wondrous Waste of Time?
ONLY $299.99 !
No Less - No More - Not even a Dime!
Is There a ‘Punch-Line’?
Oh - For Sure! You Bet Your B-P!
Free Tire Rotation - For Life!
Free Oil Changes - For Life!
Free Car Washes - For Life!
Free What-Evers - For Life!

All this from a guy who admitted buying a certain bridge. Yes the definition of "free" seems to have been painfully distorted. Dealers are notoriously crooked. I just got milked for $800 bucks at my local chevy dealer for a missing screw on the throttle assembly that I'm fairly sure began with an oil change at my local Jiffy Lube. I'm not missing a screw now. I got a good one. Patrick

Yes they care, but not about you, they care about money...yes change your own oil or have it done at say Sears, & rotate your tires at the same place...DO YOUR OWN AIR FILTER, if needed...as just because they say you need an air filter, doesn't mean you actually do...if you can see the sun through the fillaments it still has life, if not then change it...Ed
