All the way Back to the Traffic Signal Behind them!
Thus, Screwing up More Traffic!

Definitely a Conspiracy. Our so called 'leaders' get big contributions from oil companies. The more Back-Ups created, the more gasoline is consumed - the richer they all become.
I know how you feel, Tom...I am lucky that I don't see this problem because I live way out in the sticks and there are precious few road closures, but when I worked in like Philadelphia, cripes, everyday for weeks at a time & you know they CAN work at night...instead they pick rush hour to totally screw up traffic...feeling for you doesn't help as you are making money making deliveries and these hold ups make you less money...but you just gotta keep pluggin' along...lucky you have a nice comfortable car to cruise around in...e
Frankly my dear, I don't give a damn. There, now that I've said that I would say that it's just some infrastructure projects trying to put immigration reform to work. Those of us unemployed can just curse because we can't get the corner liquor store for our daily ration.
