It seems that you and I agree on many things...I didn't know what Buffalo wings were until I burned my lips off. A lot of Rocky Mountain Oysters are scarfed in these parts, but I can't bring myself to dine on those parts!
You are living proof that eating meat is not unhealthy. I'm with you on most of this, including the little chicken wings misnamed "Buffalo wings." If they were Buffalo, I would eat them… Yum Yum.
Methinks you overdo the blue crabs. My girlfriend and I used to fish for them in the Trinity River near the ship channel. Later I found out that those crabs contain almost all of the nasty chemicals and heavy metals we read about as being very destructive of our brains. Fortunately we didn't catch very many and I only eat a few.
