Inspired by recent dialogues, readings, here in AD and elsewhere, and daily episodes in which, from shared sentiments of weariness, sometimes disenchantment, and even depression, because of hearts heavy with darkened visions – shared hopes and renewed purposes arise, nonetheless, bright, all-forgiving and pure, because of love.
- A tribute to those who dare dreaming afresh and loving further, with the innocence of a white and pink day.
a white and pink day with the absurd sweetness utterly right - of acid greens and other hues stirring far from ripe - all, and the lips and the smile smoothly flying across the skyscape of innocence –
that prodigious attainableness of eyes gone to dream with corrupt, corroded visions pressing them down to the very ground of soul –
and yet, blinking forth and up from such foundation - dreams cocooned, metamorphosed, then airborne –
reborn into their essence and that of breathing like the first blush of an absolution, simply delivered –

Essence of spring, wrapped in exquisitely soft and delicate prose. I thoroughly enjoyed this premonition of things to come here in still cold Virginia. But even with a couple of inches of new snow the birds were singing this morning. I think they know something ...

If you had looked outside my bedroom window this morning, the pink and while of fresh cherry blossom is all you would see waving in the wind afresh and revived from yesterday's Spring. You've captured my morning moment Alexandra...I'll carry it into my day and borrow a little yellow from the forsythia and the Irish Emerald.

Is that a plum tree? I have one in my front garden, my daughter climbs it every spring and I take her picture in it. We love that tree.
