Now I lie me down to sleep

~Reality of Fantasy...
came through for me when AmaranthineMuses
published my poem on 4-2-11~

Nostalgic tinted dream, basking in my purple reign...from a dream,
he calls my name, leaping into my imagination with a purple rose...
my past of youthful desires.

Bridging the gap between dreams and desires, like a colored vibrant
stream, watering twilight with a sign...come with me...of an outstretched
hand...forever to quench my thirst.

A sensation inexpressible slowly cast my heart into shades of a deeper
meaning...A panaroma of dreams within my dream, seducing me with
happiness, indulging in fantasies...mesmerizing embedded visions
coming true in maturity.

With the dawn slowly approaching, and the future still awaiting to
be reborn, a gentle breeze from an open window drifting in,
I take a deep breath of inspiration.

Once again my name you speak...stealing my heart in purple reign,
awakening from my dream to the rose upon my pillow, so very real,
I see You.

Reading this I feel as though I have sinned and done you a great wrong by peeking through a keyhole and seeing what should only be seen by you and the one handing you the purple rose.

You are a real wordsmith. Each paragraph tells a story and draws me forward. It's hard to resist, a siren's call, wishing it were for me.
