A certain elegance of The Lady, hat and silk scarf
cascading in the wind...feeling life at ease, out for
a Sunday drive in her choice of green~~~ from 
The Brothers House of Studebaker in South Bend

Children's stand...pull over driver...under the old
Oak tree, a fresh lemonade for just a nickel to
quench our thirst, home baked pies and cookies
for my sweet tooth

Life is grand in a young USA...feeling the love on
parade, finding oneself traveling down the avenues
Hello, How are You...and engaging from my ~~~
Carriage of Terra, I wave

Obsolete, but not forgotten, carriages from another
time, taking roads less traveled at a slower pace,
and much better for it!

The very name Studebaker has a certain cachet. An elegant era indeed even though it was the province of the wealthy. You have, through your word picture, given us a window into that priveleged world.

I truly believe that's true, and I still take the roads less traveled whenever I can.
