Ever feel the swish of the wind
on the back of your neck, when
there is none blowing, so you
just slough it off
Perhaps it was the whisk of a fairies
wing to get your attention with the
aroma of succulent honeysuckle
vines for enticement,
but you want scientific proof
Magic should not be defined, You
must open your mind and RSVP to
their spiritual invitation to engage
Suspend reality and let the Fairy Queen
guide you where the sprites play hide
and seek to the realm of enchantment,
what have you got to lose
Take that leap of faith beyond a white
picked fence, where Peace 'n Tranquility
await, and stardust tickles your nose
Dream your destination, for the sparkle
and glow of gaining your own wings
while indulging in life's escapisms

the lure of magic certainly is a lure and some
but the destination may not be a station i'm prepared for.
But i do like how you deliver this and its point of view
is fine indeed.

Sounds like a marvelous thing to do!
However, something happened to me (and my dog, now deceased) two days after my wife died, two years ago February 9th that has at least budged the boulders somewhat.
Nice poem. Perfect vision for this Sunday morning.
