The weekly laundry as an allegory for life, you like your metaphors Vivian. We know we must not air our dirty washing in public; does that mean we should air our clean washing............? And why green clothesline?

Always love to see laundry in a back
garden but never on buildings as we have to
have here in S'pore since most of us live

This brings to mind that old saying but alas it also reminds me of my mothers clothes always being on the line, no dryers back then just a rope tied around two pulleys.

Blue skies, clean heart :) (My Mom has a cabin in the northwoods, Maytag ringer washer and out to dry on the line, it is so theraputic and refreshing to do the laundry up there)
