Poem Artwork

So surreal nature's struggle
with man and planet to decease
destruction thereof and live in the
peacefulness of justifiable harmony

Window gaze the buttercups,
redbud trees blooming in the
winter month of February
only to have frost take them
out in the month of April..please
not to be last hurrah of Spring

Oversee mission by lithium balloons
hot air rising will encompass scope
sending them off ever reaching
the harshness of steel releasing
your feelings for calm and utter
coolness of fun in the process

Ride a horse among tall buildings
feel the wonderment of both
their graceful balance taking place
reprieving state of confining saddle

Say you from picture window
gazing..can we really make a
difference of peek and boo-
hoo an infantile mentality
into responsible actions of
"I see You" Worthy..
our planet of inhabitants with
plains of beasts co existing
in spirit of mind togetherness

at long last a true palimpselestial semi-stream-of-consciousness sizzle-me-timbers to a crispy creature-comfortably strumming in a minor chord of would you believe it's not butter-me-up and down until I'm ready to roast on an open fire on all cylinders until the synapses come home to roost and the chickens have all hatched schemes "in a spirit of mind togetherness"ting in a cozy cuddle... oh and by the way, I liked it, I really liked it... :)

Good day Dear Lady Vivian. Lovely and so refreshing are the words which where used to describe the co-existing of man and earth. Very well chosen and very well penned my Dear Lady Vivian. God Bless and have a lovely weekend. George AKA THE WISE OLD OWL from Classmates.

Are you a closet Eco Warrior, Vivian? Not a fashionable stance these days what with the power of the polluters. Harmony and togetherness are great ambitions for all of us and for our planet.

Can we... My optimism was low this morning but after reading Peek-a-Boo I'm back on the horse that threw me. Thanks Vivian.

So many no longer seem to care about 'co-existing' with our planet's many other wondrous life forms, and that is extremely sad. I hope many will soon begin 'to see.'

I think you just about covered everything that is pertinent, Vivian.

"Ride a horse among tall buildings

their graceful balance taking place
reprieving state of confining saddle"

This did it for me. Beautiful imagery here.
