Glaring invisible to the eye of the
beholder lurking hidden passions
consuming life with eerie spirits
rising, restricting the norm, inner
thoughts needed to divulge what
heart has been entrusted with
Faces of ghostly images
beasts with verbal daggers
seeking to test one's sexuality
until secret becomes reality
Time has come to reveal power
of truth prevailing gift of love in
my ascending moon of passions
so repetitious in my nightly dreams
will I know him, or is he yet to be?

This is well constructed and interesting. Your unique use of language is apparent too. There is a sinuous feel to the piece that fits well with the subject
I sure like the idea of releasing hidden sexual passions. If we all did that life would be a lot better. I never could figure out why so many things that sensual passion is evil. You hinted at that with “beasts with verbal daggers.”
Oh so strong the language: "beasts with verbal daggars," and "until secret becoms reality." Those can give a reader a big gust of velocity. A poem to sink one's mind into. ~~ Diana
I have a feeling you will know him, Vivian, when he makes his presence known. I particularly like the last two stanza. There is much there to ponder and to understand, mainly it is the power found that will benefit you and allow you to deal with whatever comes your way.
